Your orders are taken into account the day following the validation of the payment if immediate payment goes by CB or Paypal.
According to our planning and the time of reception of your order we can integrate it more quickly in our planning of realization.
We work almost in real time especially for customizations. Our parts are painted as we go along.
Our stock of already painted parts is limited, which explains our average lead time of 7 to 9 working days. A delay which can vary according to our quantity of orders or custom orders.

The transport of your parcel
The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking in Metropolitan France, delivered without a signature.
If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping time outside Metropolitan France may vary depending on local requirements and obligations. Shipments to Andorra may also require more time than the 2 to 5 days provided by Colissimo.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order.
We advise you to group your purchases in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and you will have to pay shipping fees for each of them.
Special care is taken with packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
A gift wrapping is proposed to you with a supplement indicated at the time of your order
For international shipments, it is possible, depending on the country of destination, that you will be asked to pay customs taxes upon delivery of the package. These fees are charged to the customer as an importer and can not be taken into account by the workshop.
