L'Atelier Porcelaine's online shop offers you products in accordance with the descriptions accompanying each item. Each photo accompanying our items is as representative as possible of the latter. L' Atelier Porcelaine cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy related to the image of the product. The articles offered are handcrafted products, made by hand according to the standards in force. These articles are published individually or in small series.

The purpose of the GCS is to define the contractual relations between L'Atelier Porcelaine and the customer and the conditions applicable for each of the parties to any purchase made on the site.

In accordance with the law on the electronic signature of March 13, 2000, the validation of the order by the customer implies a tota
acceptance of the described GTC. At the time of ordering, the customer declares that he has full legal capacity for this operation.


Each product is accompanied by a description and photos, the prices are indicated inclusive of tax and in EUROS and do not take into account the shipping costs or other additional costs that may be added depending on the services offered by the seller.         

A summary of all costs will be detailed in the summary page of the order before the final validation. In case of a demand higher than the stock proposed in the shop, it is possible to contact the customer service to order the article in the desired number if this article can be refabricated. For any order out of stock, we reserve the right not to follow up by justifying our response. For any personal and exceptional order, we ask you to contact us by email and to be as explicit as possible in order to better target your needs by not forgetting to include your contact details.

It is possible that a stock error may be present on the shop. In case of an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will offer you the choice of a time frame for completion, replacement of the item or refund of the item.


At the time of the order, the customer commits himself to provide the exact information requested in order to ensure the smooth running of the shipment. The customer will be able to choose the means of payment which he wishes among those proposed by the salesman.

The order will only be sent once the payment has been verified and validated. The articles are sent according to the deadlines indicated on the product sheets.

In the case of a particular order, the prices on the site are no longer applicable and are then reviewed with the customer. A deposit is requested at the time of the order and the balance when sending the article(s).

The articles are sent by LA POSTE in COLISSIMO in metropolitan France.

Delivery is made by LA POSTE, it is therefore subject to the conditions issued by LA POSTE without us being held responsible.

We can also offer you a delivery by Mondial Relais, on your request or for specific destinations.

For shipments abroad in areas not listed on our shop, a specific request for transport must be made and in this case the rates and carriers may be different.

L'Atelier Porcelaine cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery due to a case of force majeure, to the fact of a third party or to the absence of the consumer at the address indicated.

Delivery times for countries outside the EU are subject to customs clearance times and costs. The Atelier Porcelaine cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
Any delivery damage (loss or damaged package, broken or missing products) must be indicated to the carrier at the time of delivery by means of the form.

The applicable fees and taxes depending on the country are to be paid by the customer according to the import rules of each country.

Reservations will be handwritten and accompanied by the customer's signature.
At the same time, the customer commits himself to send to Atelier Porcelaine by e-mail a letter describing exactly the damage noted on his parcel.

After one working day from receipt of the articles, any form of complaint will be rejected and the Atelier Porcelaine will be released from all responsibility.


The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable law.

This period starts from the day of receipt of the package.

The articles will be returned to L'Atelier Porcelaine in their original packaging and following the same precautions of conditioning, accompanied by the return slip(s). The return costs are at the customer's expense.
L'Atelier Porcelaine will reimburse the items within a maximum of thirty days of receipt of the items.
The loss of the parcel, the degradation of the returned articles or any other risk linked to the return of the articles are the responsibility of the customer. and disengages the Atelier Porcelaine from any reimbursement whatsoever .


L'Atelier Porcelaine collects personal data for the sole purpose of sending your orders and subscribing to our newsletter.

None of this data is given to a third party, we have no interaction with any advertising medium that could use this data to target its customers.

A lack of information will result in the cancellation of the order.

The customer can at any time assert his rights and ask for his information to be deleted.


L'Atelier Porcelaine is a micro-enterprise subject to French law whatever the country of origin of the customer or the order.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will always be favoured as far as possible.
Otherwise, only the French courts will be competent according to the code of civil procedure.
